We just bought our first home and used Bailey Pickering with Rilio as our Realtor. Buying your first home can be scary and Bailey made the entire process very smooth for us. He made sure that we were informed and he really paid attention to the small details. The inspector that Bailey recommended was great. Bailey walked through the house with us with the inspector and he even showed up to our closing and answered any questions we had. Even after the home buying process he kept in communication with us to ensure everything was going well. We will definitely use Rilio later on down the road when we buy our next house.
